Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road. Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary brought together a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade. Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from news european elections drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives.
